新能源車補貼退坡的影響開始逐步擴大。7月20日，一張南京銀隆產業(yè)園被江蘇省高級人民法院查封的照片引發(fā)業(yè)內熱議。據了解，被查封的是位于南京市溧水經濟開發(fā)區(qū)的南京銀隆新能源（產業(yè)園）商用車不動產項目，查封期限自2018年7月20日起至2021年7月19日止，具體原因不詳。
時隔不到兩天，外界還未弄清楚事件原因時，南京銀隆產業(yè)園又被法院解封，前后的變化讓外界始料未及。對于此次查封原因，法院稱，該項目的合作單位與銀隆在合同履行上存在分歧，合作單位向法院申請訴訟。
