處于振興發(fā)展關鍵期的老工業(yè)基地沈陽，近日好消息頻傳：沈陽材料科學國家研究中心獲批，部、省、市三方開始共建，這是科技部首批6個國家重大科學研究中心之一；中科院大學機器人與智能制造學院落戶沈陽；2月25日，2018年平昌冬奧會閉幕式舉行“北京8分鐘”文藝表演，沈陽新松機器人精彩出演，沈陽智造贏得冬奧“金牌”，展示中國形象……標志著沈陽朝著東北亞科技創(chuàng)新中心，邁出堅實一步。

2017年底，沈陽市委確定了新一輪振興發(fā)展的任務書、時間表和路線圖：到2030年，率先實現(xiàn)老工業(yè)基地全面振興，走在東北振興發(fā)展前列，把沈陽建設成為東北亞國際化中心城市、科技創(chuàng)新中心、先進裝備智能制造中心、高品質公共服務中心。城市品質要達到國際化標準，沈陽在東北亞地區(qū)的輻射帶動能力全面提升，沈陽經濟區(qū)核心城市作用充分發(fā)揮，經濟發(fā)展指標、民生指標和環(huán)境指標等各方面都將達到東北亞一流城市水平。
