近來，智能化逐漸成為影響工業(yè)發(fā)展的關鍵。在日前舉行的“新一代工業(yè)智能與體系工程國際論壇”上，中國船舶工業(yè)系統(tǒng)工程研究院海洋智能技術中心主任邱伯華認為，過去我國一直注重看得見的設備投入，形成了很大的存量?，F(xiàn)在要考慮的不是簡單繼續(xù)投資增量，而是如何將存量的能力釋放出來，將“使用經(jīng)驗”變價值。

工業(yè)系統(tǒng)主要由設計者、制造與集成者以及使用者組成。與德國、美國相比，我國整體上仍較為薄弱，但作為制造大國、使用大國，產(chǎn)品價值鏈十分完整，又有很強的制造能力和豐富的使用場景，大量數(shù)據(jù)在我國匯集，但數(shù)據(jù)并不會直接創(chuàng)造價值，真正能為企業(yè)帶來價值的是數(shù)據(jù)流，是數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)過實時分析后及時流向決策鏈的各個環(huán)節(jié)，或是成為面向客戶創(chuàng)值服務的內容和依據(jù)，也就是“使用經(jīng)驗”帶來的價值。
