江蘇省經(jīng)信委戴躍強副主任介紹江蘇推進工業(yè)強基工程的經(jīng)驗做法，一是加強頂層設(shè)計，研究建立工業(yè)強基工作整體體制。二是加強全過程管理，開辟工業(yè)強基項目順利實施。三是有效降低企業(yè)投資和經(jīng)營成本。四是通過近年來大力開啟工業(yè)強基工程，進一步提升了江蘇省工業(yè)強基工程水平。

下一步將重點開展以下幾項工作。
一是組織實施國家一條龍應用計劃，結(jié)合我省產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展技術(shù)和設(shè)計，實施一條龍應用計劃，在整機，零部件等領(lǐng)域，通過召開座談會，發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷等形式，了解上下游企業(yè)需求，進一步促進整機和基礎(chǔ)器械發(fā)展，開展上下游龍頭企業(yè)合作，合作共贏。

二是圍繞全省任務，把關(guān)鍵技術(shù)材料，先進零部件，先進工業(yè)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域，技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品列為重要方向。組織實施新技術(shù)新產(chǎn)品示范應用項目，開辟重點新材料首批應用保險，圍繞產(chǎn)業(yè)上下游聯(lián)動，鼓勵支持各地重點企業(yè)開展形式多樣的專題互動，拓展新產(chǎn)品，開展應用空間。
