11月14日~15日，河南省第四屆互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會在鄭州舉辦，工業(yè)和信息化部黨組成員、總工程師張峰出席大會開幕式并致辭。

張峰在致辭中強調(diào)，加快工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展，對推動制造業(yè)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)深度融合，促進“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新”和大中小企業(yè)融通發(fā)展，建設制造強國、網(wǎng)絡強國、數(shù)字中國、智慧社會意義重大。工業(yè)和信息化部將深入貫徹落實黨的十九大精神，以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指引，按照黨中央、國務院的決策部署，遵循“創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享”發(fā)展理念，持續(xù)深入推動供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革，以工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為抓手，大力實施“中國制造2025”和“互聯(lián)網(wǎng) ”行動，加快推進數(shù)字經(jīng)濟、網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，推動建設現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)濟體系。

一要營造有利于工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)蓬勃發(fā)展的環(huán)境，深化簡政放權(quán)、放管結(jié)合、優(yōu)化服務改革，促進“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)先進制造業(yè)”發(fā)展。二要大力推動工業(yè)企業(yè)內(nèi)網(wǎng)、外網(wǎng)建設，打破“信息孤島”，促進制造資源、數(shù)據(jù)等集成共享。三要加快面向先進制造業(yè)的下一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)升級改造和配套管理能力建設，進一步推動中小企業(yè)專網(wǎng)降費用、提速率，促進人工智能、大數(shù)據(jù)等新興前沿技術(shù)應用。四要依托工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)促進開放融通發(fā)展，推動一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)、大中小企業(yè)跨界融通。他表示，工業(yè)和信息化部將全力支持河南加快網(wǎng)絡基礎設施建設，推動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和經(jīng)濟社會各領域深度融合，建設和發(fā)展工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，加快數(shù)字經(jīng)濟、網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，促進經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級，建設網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)濟強省。
